Since November 2023, we have been celebrating two great gastronomy concepts under one roof here at Sonnenberg: Sonnenberg Restaurant and our new fine dining restaurant epoca by Tristan Brandt. Both are run by Niklas Oberhofer - youngest MICHELIN-starred chef in Switzerland in 2022 - who serves modern cuisine based on French craftsmanship with regional products.
